Single family properties represented 71 homes, with an average sold-to-list price ratio of 97.34%. These single family homes had an average of 76 days on the market from the list date to closing.
One townhome sold last week for 113.71% of the list price in 36 days.
In Autauga County, there were 15 homes listed for sale. Within the week, 7 of those listings have accepted contracts!
In Elmore County, there were 19 homes listed for sale. Within the week, 8 have accepted contracts!
In Montgomery County 72 homes were listed for sale, and 23 of those homes now have an accepted contract.
